When do we print?

Right after you placed your order, we go full steam ahead with printing for you and work on-demand. By this, we only print the pieces you will wear in the end and remain sustainable.

We will announce our new projects and drops via Instagram and email. This way, you will always stay up to date and won’t miss any news!

How does the charity reach the organizations?

We collect your donations throughout the year. At the end of each year, we then transfer the financial support to the respective organizations.

This way, your support really gets through and you can wear your piece with pride!

How are on-demand pieces returned?

Of course, also with an on-demand production you can send your piece back to us as normal. To do this, send us an explicit declaration by email to hello@atelier17.studio. 
Feel free to use our draft.

You will then receive a return label from us with shipment tracking. As soon as we have received and checked the shirt, you will receive your refund. 

If it is a shirt from the sale, you will receive a credit note instead of a refund.
